A BILL to amend and reenact article 4, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Library Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating
to the Library Commission's administration.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 4, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 4. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE ARTS
TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-4-1. Library Commission.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-third day of May, two thousand six, authorized under the
authority of section twenty, article one, chapter ten, of this
code, modified by the Library Commission to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the
state register on the sixteenth day of January, two thousand seven,
relating to the Library Commission (Library Commission
administrative regulations, 173 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Library
Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Library
Commission's administration.
